What We're About
S.T. Wooten
NCDOT and S.T. Wooten work together to provide the On-The-Job Training (OJT) Program each year. OJT helps employees learn a skilled craft while working. It is a great learning opportunity for trainees and mentors. Mentors and mentees can talk with their supervisors about applying.
